Job Description

Spandau is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Bautzen, Germany, as part of our Administration and Secretariat division. As a key player in our consulting firm, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to support the consulting team.
  • Oversee scheduling and organization of meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Support the team in various projects and tasks as required.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in administration and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within the consulting industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
