- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to support the consulting team.
- Oversee scheduling and organization of meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
- Support the team in various projects and tasks as required.
