Join Spandau, a leader in the Educational System, as a Fragen A in our dynamic team based in 14 Brandenburg an der Havel, Deutschland. We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to our Education and Social Policy initiatives. This full-time, permanent position involves working on-site to drive educational excellence and social impact.

  • Develop and implement educational policies and programs that align with our strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, policymakers, and stakeholders to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and program development.
  • Provide expert advice on educational trends and social policy issues.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and policy briefs for internal and external audiences.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to disseminate best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented policies and programs.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in education and social policy, who is ready to make a significant impact. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Professional experience in educational policy development or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and leadership roles.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
  • Master’s degree in Education, Social Policy, or a related field is preferred.
